- Describe patient privacy as it relates to HIPAA
- Summarize HIPAA Privacy Policies and Physician Division policies/procedure regarding HIPAA compliance and protection of patient privacy
- Develop strategies to protect privacy
- Analyze the effect of HIPAA requirements on physicians and their clinical responsibilities
